UFC Viewing Party – Saturday, August 30
Catch all the face smashing action of the UFC fight on Saturday, August 30 in the Fiesta Room at El Cortez. The viewing party will begin at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 6 p.m. General admission is $20 and half-price admission is offered for all Club Cortez members. Tickets will be available at the door.
Throwback Thursday at El Cortez
Kick start your weekend with a night devoted to all the things that make El Cortez downtown’s favorite hangout. Club Cortez members can enjoy complimentary White Castle cheeseburgers every Thursday in August from noon to 6 p.m., while they play slots and table games on the casino floor. Taking it back to the simple Vegas fun that built El Cortez, guests can sip $5 French champagne in the Parlour Bar while listening to the sweet serenade of Frank Sinatra tribute sensation Peter Pavone who takes the stage from 6 to 10 p.m. Following his performance, adventurous guests can grab the microphone and perform their favorite tunes during karaoke from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Peter Pavone hits The Parlour Bar stage performing as Frank Sinatra every Wednesday from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m., and Thursday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

John Brooks, an award-winning Elvis Presley tribute artist, continues his performance inside The Parlour every Friday from 6 to 10 p.m.
